Avenue was contracted out to build a community monument and common area fencing which they completed within a short deadline I had. I commend them for their quality, timeliness and attention to detail. I use them now on most all of my post development items and would refer them.
We hired Avenue 16 to establish vegetation in all common areas to allow us to turn over a neighborhood. Needless to say their attention to detail allowed us to have an easy transition with the HOA. During the project Avenue 16 was there to clean out drainage easements of debris, silt build up and over grown vegetation.

We used Avenue for a retention pond project after being notified by TCEQ for non-compliance. Once awarded the job, Jonah and his crew got the pond regraded, hydroseeded, irrigated, and established within three weeks. They even ran point on the inspection
for me.
